Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolve operational challenges for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) in computerization, financing, and approvals.
- Implement Government of India’s cooperative initiatives at the grassroots level.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and coordinate with DCCBs/PSCB for project execution.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of bank policies and avoid social media disclosure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent in specified fields.
- Language: Proficiency in Punjabi (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Computer literacy (MS Office, data management).
- Age: 21–30 years.
