Age and Contract Details
- Contract Period:
- ESM Candidates: 1 year (renewable).
- Civilian Candidates: 11 months (renewable).
- Age Limit: Based on performance and ECHS rules.

- Application Format: Download the form from the ECHS Website or collect it from the nearest ECHS Polyclinic.
- Required Documents:
- Two self-attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, medical fitness certificates, and PPO/service records.
- Two passport-size photographs.
- Submission: Submit the completed application to the respective ECHS Polyclinic.
- Note: Late applications will not be accepted.
