Eligibility Criteria
- For JRF:
- Post Graduate Degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional courses.
- Qualified through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE) OR National-level exams conducted by Central Government Departments like DST, DBT, DRDO, etc.
- For SRF:
- Qualification as prescribed for JRF, along with two years of research experience.
- Desirable:
- Research experience in sensing, FET, electrical transport, Raman spectroscopy, or device fabrication.
- Age Limit:
- JRF: 28 years (as on 4th February 2025, relaxable for reserved categories as per rules).
- SRF: 30 years (as on 4th February 2025, relaxable for reserved categories as per rules).

- The position is purely temporary and contractual, co-terminus with the project.
