Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed 10th (Matriculation) OR ITI from NCVT/SCVT OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 36 Years (after 3-year relaxation due to COVID-19)
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 Years
- SC/ST: +5 Years
- PwBD: +10 Years (UR), +13 Years (OBC), +15 Years (SC/ST)
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 Years + Length of Service
- Railway Employees (Min. 3 years of service): Up to 40-45 Years
Medical Standards:
Candidates must meet the medical standards as per Indian Railway Medical Manual.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination
